Help upgrading to FC3

I am running Fedora core 3 test release 3 (kernel:2.6.8-1.541smp)

Can anyone help me to upgrade it to FC3 Final???
Is is possible to do using yum. If yes please tell me how to do it and how my yum.config file showld look like.
