On a number of instances, tried upgrading from a perfectly good working tyan box with F13, a GTX 470 card and driver 256.xx to 260.xx (a few months ago) and more recently 270.xx (tried today to take advantage of Cuda 4.0). Each time the installation fails, typically centered around NV-GLX issues. Are the later versions so radically different in installation procedures as to make them highly problematic? If I revert back to 256.xx, it just works right after the installation process. No muss, no fuss...
The akmod, kmod versions are just not an option as they haven't worked for me since F11. Even with a number of other folks seemingly having trouble free install experiences.
