Manual from Fedora says that I cannot Install Fedora 14 x64 bit version from USB.
Why?
Can't I use utillities like FlashBoot? or another tool to make bootable USB?

Have you looked into UNetbootin?
That's not true, I've installed the install DVD from a large (8GB) usb key many times.Manual from Fedora says that I cannot Install Fedora 14 x64 bit version from USB.

For the instructions I used see:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to...a_physical_DVD
I have installed from the full install DVD on a USB stick numerous times.
easiest way I found to do was to copy the ISO image to the USB using dd (this will delete anything on the flash drive)
dd if=Fedora-14-x86_64-DVD.iso of=/dev/sdp
(My usb flash was device /dev/sdp, replace with whatever yours enumerates to)
The set your bios to boot from USB, and reboot.
Another (possibly easier) way to do it, would be to download Fedora's LiveUSB Creator. It also verifies the ISO

As far as I know, liveUSB is intended to give a taste of the operating system as the size is too small. I want a full version of fedora .
Last time I checked the site says that full version dekstop/notebook of 32 bit indeed can be installed with USB drive. But 64 bit version cannot.
Ah yeah. I figured it out. I've been reading the documentation. My question is, I'm currently, using laptop i7 2630QM with GT 540M 6GB ram and 6GB ram. My BIOS support UEFI.
Should I go for UEFI eventhough my Hardisk only 750GB?
What is the Advantages and Disadvatages of UEFI? Is it faster? Or just supporting 2++ Terabyte Hardisk?
