Websites won't load after running a "yum update" in F13

Hi Guys,
I'm having a problem loading websites after a yesterday's "yum update" on F13. Before that everything worked fine but now when I open a browser, websites only load for about 2 seconds, after which any website I open just goes into a constant loading loop. I tried disabling the IPv6, as some threads suggested but it didn't help and pages still won't load. It happens on Opera and Firefox, so the problem seems not to be browser related. The connection is fine too, as I it works ok under Windows.
I am new to Linux and really have no idea where to look for the source of the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An interesting problem. When you say pages partially load, I take it some portion of the content appears but then it gets stuck? What about other network operations? Can you ftp files? Can you check email?

Do you have enough free disk space?

Weird. I started replaying to your posts when all of a sudden it started working again...
I seriously don't know what was wrong but I am glad it's fine now.
Anyway, I couldn't check emails (I didn't manage to check other network operations), I have 3Gb of space and I only sorted the IPV6 problem in Firefox, not in /etc/sysconfig/network...
Thanks for the interest in my problem. Much appreciated!

Add a line in /etc/sysconfig/network that reads NETWORKING_IPV6=no. Seems that upper case is required.

Everything seems OK since yesterday's sudden fix but I've added the line anyway.
Thanks for the help!
