I don't see where the insensitive part comes in horny net-geek I do see however. But in all seriousness give poor mvp a break here he was probably just trying to say that men are often times just attracted to that kind of art work, that it isn't a completely willful thing. I personally don't see why its such a problem when women do the samething....I have seen plenty of vin diesel wallpapers on laptops belonging to women and have heard enough conversations in my few years to know this is true.

Y'know, with a remark like that, you come off as a typical insensitive horny net-geek, which is exactly what Emily was lamenting. And, unfortunately, I'm in agreement with her sentiment.

Well I didnt know exactly why she had made that setiment, so i asked. And i agree that every pic ive ever seen in those sites are re-done peices of copyrighted material. I personally dont use pics like that for desktop backgrounds. My background actually says 'F*** Capitalism'.

It was the "aww" part - when read, it comes across as condescending and dismissive.
Mat, the "unfortunate" part is that some of the comments in this thread prove her quite right.

well i in no way meant it to come across as condescending, I personally have a fiance and a baby on the way so have no real need for desktop images included in links on this site, as i said earlier i have a certain desktop i like , I do appologize for my post earlier if it has in any way offended Emily, as that was not my intention.
