Question Patch for mmc driver?

How and where can I download latest patch for mmc drivers?

Thanks

I have Fedora 11 installed on my computer and for some reasons I can't upgrade it to latest version.

I however need to patch mmc driver. How and where can I download latest patch for mmc driver?
What possible problems will I face applying latest patch to old system?

Thanks
