questions about: system-restore-disk instructions

Hi all,
I am trying to follow the instructions here:

http://www.dnmouse.org/autoten/fedor...tore-disk.html

to make a system restore disk, since I seem to experiment my way into lots of re-installs...lol. Anyway I've gotten hung up on part 5 where it says: 5.) Next download attached file groups.xml and place it in the localrepo

(Q: where exactly does one download it from? There doesn't seem to be anyplace any attachments are linked on the webpage)

And then part 6, where it says: 6.) Download the two attached ks files and place them in /usr/share/doc/livecd-tools-031 folder

(Q: again where are they being downloaded from or where are the attachments???)
I have the current.ks that I created, but that's all.

If someone could clarify this for me that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
GP
