Installing KDE after installation

I have a few questions about installing KDE after installation. I already have gnome right now. Does it matter which version of these commands you use? Three of the commands look like they are installing different things here. It looks like kde-desktop, kde, and KDE Software Compilation to me. Does one of them install more stuff than the other?

yum install @kde-desktop
su -c 'yum groupinstall kde'
yum groupinstall "KDE Software Compilation"
yum groupinstall kde-desktop

There are only two KDE groups: "KDE Software Compilation" and "KDE Software Development". These are the only two to use for a groupinstall. You can also install just some components of kde such as kdebase and the like, but I'd just go ahead and start with the "KDE Software Compilation". If you want to see what it is like as a desktop you should have all the pieces there unless space is a real issue.

And what about kde-desktop?

You can see what is in each group by
yum groupinfo groupname

E.g. yum groupinfo kde-desktop
