postfix/dovecot fc2 problem

I'm running fc2 with the latest versions of postfix/dovecot.

Dovecot is configured to allow for imap, pop3, imaps, and pop3s protocols.

Both Dovecot and Postfix are configured to use secure connections.

However, only ports 993 and 995 seem to work ok. Ports 25, 110, and 465 are unusable.

#openssl s_client -connect localhost:25 or 110

results in the following:

CONNECTED(00000003)
5595:error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol:s23_clnt.c:475:

This is the relevant part of main.cf of postfix:

#Basic SASL Auth config stuff
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous
broken_sasl_auth_clients = yes

#Enable relaying if authenticated
smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_tls_clientcerts,permit_sasl_authenticated,p ermit_mynetworks,reject_unauth_destination

#Allow STARTTLS on port 25
smtpd_use_tls = yes
smtpd_tls_auth_only = yes
smtp_tls_note_starttls_offer = yes

#Location of SSL certs
smtpd_tls_key_file = /etc/postfix/mailkey.pem
smtpd_tls_cert_file = /usr/share/ssl/certs/mailreq.pem

smtpd_tls_loglevel = 1
smtpd_tls_received_header = yes
smtpd_tls_session_cache_timeout = 3600s
tls_random_source = dev:/dev/urandom

Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this? I believe it is a Dovecot issue but I just don't know anymore...
