home partition on LVM?

Hi all, I've installed fedora 14(fresh installation) on extended partition.(~25GB).
But I found that I've one standard partition of size 30MB.
So should I install fedora on standard partition or LVM?
I heard people saying that having home on seperate partition is good.
But seperate partition means seperate physical partition or logical partition(also)?

The home partition will be a separate logical volume on the same physical disk. Mine are both on /dev/sda1 and are:

/dev/mapper/VolGroup-lv_root /

And:

/dev/mapper/VolGroup-LogVol_02 /home

Hi SomeDamFool, Thanks for the reply.
I found tutorials regarding making seperate home partition. But they all are creating on physical partition.
My LVM now is:

vg_nyan
   vg_root(23GB)
   vg_swap(2GB)

I can shrink vg_root(23GB) and make new LV. But how do I make it as home partition???
