[SOLVED] fedora 14 no sound - M2A-VM HDMI

Here is info about sound system

Its fresh fedora 14 install, booting with acpi=off kernel parameter

I'm not sure how to interpret details

I solved a problem,

0) if Rhythmbox is running (also check system tray), exit it
#su -c 'killall -9 rhythmbox'
1) system/sound/Devices/Internal Audio
choose Analog Stereo Output
2) check sound not muted
3) try click buttons and hear sound
4) (optional) also I've run alsamixer
#alsamixer
choose all sound cards :F6 and unmute all :M

for about a half an hour I use Audacity to play music
#su -c 'yum install audacity'
in Parameters, sound system is ALSA, device is DMIX
