Printing problem with Samsung laser ML-1665

Using Fedora 14. Printer usb connected and recognised with correct driver: Foomatic/PXL mono (Recomended). Will not print test page or anything else. Nothing seen in print queue.Iinitially choked by SElinux (since deleted). Still not working. Any ideas ?

I've had the same problem as you do but I 've solved mine.

I came across a discussion about the same here.

Since it was a non-English site, I downloaded both the driver and panel from here. When you get to the site, scroll down all the way and you will find both the driver and panel.

Linux 3.00.65 Unified Driver 13 Jan, 2011 35.22 MULTI LANGUAGE UnifiedLinuxDriver_0.86.tar.gz
Linux 2.00.61 Smart Panel 13 Jan, 2011 15.5 MULTI LANGUAGE Smartpanel_0.86.tar.gz

The panel did the trick. Once you extract the panel files, do './install.sh' as root.
That is all you need. Good luck.
