get old links from copy of firefox folder

i have a copy of an old firefox folder (reformated computer) any way i can get the links out of it?

You mean the bookmarks? It should be in a file called bookmarks.html Just copy the file over.

But don't put it directly in the new Firefox folder. Use the import option, then move stuff around to taste. While the formats don't actually change that much, there is encoded information in the file - it won't necessarily hurt anything, but always better safe than sorry.
