Touchpad

Hello,
I'm running Fedora 14. I have a problem with my touchpad, it's working during the logging screen but short after it stops working.
using gsynaptics I see it enabled, but when I use
Code:
xinput -list-props 'SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad'
Enable device est 0
I have tried to enable it using
Code:
xinput -set-prop 'SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad' 'Device Enabled' 1
but no change.
Can someone help me?
Thank you

solved by activating the touchpad in the gconf.xml in .gconf/desktop/gnome/peripherals/touchpad
