GNOME "foot" Icon not Changing w/ Theme
Well the title says it all. I switch from theme to theme like GNOME Default -> Bluecurve and the start menu's "foot" icon won't change. How do I fix this?

I noticed the same thing, but after a restart it changed as it had to. So try to restart after you have changed the theme.

Sry for my suggestion to restart. I always have to restart for changes to take effect, because after choosing to log off, the screen goes black and stays like that. The log on screen works only on the computer startup for me. Don't know why; but I don't need to figure it out at the moment, because fc3 is coming...
(just noting)

Yes, with root and also with the only user I have made for myself.
You can find more about this problem in this thread (then I was totally new to linux):

fc1 was fresh installation. I haven't tried fc2, because fc1 was good enough for me and I heard that fc2 had some problems. I use default drivers for radeon 9500. I have tried drivers from ati site, but there were some configuration problems (I configured it in the wrong way and there were problems on the start up) and so I leaved default ones. I was too lazy to figure out what the configuration had to be, besides default drivers worked nicely.

Have you tried these instructions for installing the radeon drivers (for fc2)?
Have you tried these kernel options at boot?
Code:
apm=off acpi=off noapic

Hehehe, ok, I try to update the kernel soon. It makes me laught, bacause it remembers me old times when I compiled the kernel about 3 times a day for one week or even a little bit more. Why? There were many problems all the time, one time I forgot to include something, the other time my computer hang, then I got one think working, but some other things had to be fixed also ... (I was totally new to linux also)
OK, kernel 2.6.7?

Yeahm I remenber when I did that too. Aren't you running fc1? If so, don'r attempt to use the 2.6 kernels. There is a big difference in the handling of 2.4 to 2.6. It will make a lot of things not work.
