How do I start mozilla with out gnome?

I installed FC2 w/o gnome on an older pentium 166 mhz computer.

I told it to do the server installation and I also added mozilla.

I have internet access via the eth0. I can yum and ping yahoo.com and stuff.

I don't know how to run mozilla so I can surf.

When I go to /usr/bin/mozilla it does not seem to do anything.

How/can I run mozilla from bash?

Mozilla doesn't run in the commandline. You must use some other cmdline browser such as links (links.sf.net). or install X and atleast a window manager such as fluxbox before running Mozilla.

Right, get a text based browser and that will let you surf. You however need to have X is you want to run a "regular type browser"

Thanks guys.

Gave me some more homework to do ;-)

I guess the links will do. I just want to surf around enough to download any addons I might want.

In that case lynx will do. Run
Code:
yum install lynx
to get it.

See the FAQ for more on installing software.
