Many ethernet cards. Howto find "vendor / model" == "MAC address" ?

How can I determine full compliance:
"vendor / model" == MAC address

Input data see below.

Code:
# ifconfig -a
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:04:76:21:B6:17
eth2      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:02:44:47:6F:6F
eth3      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:30:4F:19:F9:01
eth4      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:04:75:CB:4C:0D
Code:
# lspci | grep -i Ethernet
02:09.0 Ethernet controller: MYSON Technology Inc SURECOM EP-320X-S 100/10M Ethernet PCI Adapter
02:0a.0 Ethernet controller: 3Com Corporation 3c905C-TX/TX-M [Tornado] (rev 74)
02:0b.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)
02:0c.0 Ethernet controller: 3Com Corporation 3c905C-TX/TX-M [Tornado] (rev 78)
Code:
# grep -i eth0 /var/log/dmesg
eth0: 100/10M Ethernet PCI Adapter at 0001d800, 00:02:44:47:6f:6f, IRQ 9.
eth0:  setting full-duplex.

# grep -i eth3 /var/log/dmesg
eth3: RealTek RTL8139 at 0xc883e000, 00:30:4f:19:f9:01, IRQ 9
eth3:  Identified 8139 chip type 'RTL-8139C'
eth3: link down

# grep -i eth4 /var/log/dmesg
eth4:  setting full-duplex.
Result - ethernet devices about which I know the exact information :

Code:
eth0 == ??
eth2 == ??
eth3 == 02:0b.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10)
eth4 == ??
