Re: OAFIID:GNOME_MultiLoadApplet

hi mwestern,

yup, i've been getting the same thing-- and today i finally clicked delete (instead of ignore or whatever) and then i had 2 of everything in my panel-- 2 clocks, 2 system monitors, 2 notification areas, etc. so i proceeded to remove every applet (all i had to remove was one of the pair and they both disappeared) from the panel and re-add them all.

i also did a yum update and doesn't seem to be happening now-- so i'm not sure if it was the upgrade (probably) or my remove/re-add that fixed it. i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

cheers

Re: OAFIID:GNOME_MultiLoadApplet

I removed /.gconf/apps/panel/applets/applet_0 and that seems to have fixed it. At some point I had added the System Monitor applet, then removed it, but the files were still there. I've re-added it again since, and all is still well.
