How to change to raid1 existing system

I have a F13 system running. I just added /dev/sdb the exact same drive as /dev/sda

How can I set up raid? Surely it must be possible to set up a new raid1 using /dev/sdb and then move sda onto the raid.

The only reference I can find is a guide to do this on fedora 8 and it just fails when I try to grub and set setup (hd1).

I just did this on a F11 system and it worked, something changed in f13.

Any idea's?
