TV tuner cards

is there any linux software that will allow you to use a TV tuner card?

the one I have is an AverMedia PCI 350.

I doubt there is, but I thought I'd ask.

TVtime Televison Viewer should be available in gnome or kde Sound & Viideo menu, it works fine with my Phillips saa7xxx based card.

This was quite a suprise for me when I installed and booted up Fedora Core 3 (test 2), hardware compatibility has come a long way for linux, even my usb playstation joystick is recognized (I use it in a Sega Genesis emulator, Generator http://www.squish.net/generator/download.html )
