Fedora 13 HDMI no audio help needed

hello I am using fedora 13 x86_64,
When I goto sound preferences and click the hardware tab under
settings for the selected device I set it to profile
Digital stereo "HDMI" output also tryed
Digital stereo "HDMI" output + Analog stereo output,
when I click test sound on either of them I do not get any sound output threw my vizo tv?

here is a little more info:
aplay -l

Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

any ideas how to get this hdmi audio working?
