Unhappy Wine GUI Issue

Hello everyone,

I'm kinda new to configuring wine in fedora, so forgive me if i'm asking the obvious. My issue is, after I upgraded to fedora 13 and after upgrading wine, my wine configuration gui and all the gui's of all *.exe applications that I was using started having abnormally large gui's with equally large buttons and small fonts. My question is, how do I fix this? Thanks in advance

PS... I have attached a screenshot of the wine config GUI as it appears on my screen. My current screen resolution is 1280 * 1024 and i'm using an integrated ATI chip (ATI Radeon x200 express) with the mesa-dri drivers for display.

Re: Wine GUI Issue

After updating to wine 1.2 I removed the ~/.wine directory and reran winecfg, this fixed an issue with fonts in all dialogs, it may help here. But note that you'll need to reinstall your wine apps. If that's too much then maybe try deleting just the registry or system directory in the .wine folder.

Re: Wine GUI Issue

Wine-1.2 in fedora 13 reorganised the font pack and other non-binary resource. This might be the cause.

Better remove the old one and start freshly.
