how to install plugins on xmms-help!

hello everyone:

I had some dificulty on discovering the non visible folder .xmms in wich new xmms skins are pasted.
i've allready solved that question, with a lot of internet readings, but now i'm not able to put the new plugin for the skin allready installed and working.
My o.s. is fedora 12 i686,the installed skin is Expensive hi fi by Verona and the plugin that i wich to put is the Analog vu meter plugin for the skin in question.
does anybody knows how to do it and want to help me?
thank's to all.
