I forgot, when i try to mount the initrd it says: mount: you must specify the filesystem type, and it is not an ext2 or an ext3 fs.

You are installing fc3t3 on a reiserfs, right, and the kernel won't boot? Please explain what you are trying to do a little more. You shouldn't have to manually edit the initrd.

I could not install fc3t3 with reiserfs (the installer hungs) so i made an installation on an ext3 fs and i copy the root fs from ext3 to reiserfs partition. But when i try to boot the reiserfs partition it says that it cant find an ext3 partition, kernel panic. I know that this is from initrd and on my fc2 on my usb disk i was able to mount the initrd and make any changes i want. But with fc3 i cant.
