JACK Install/ Bit Perfect Audio

Can anyone provide some tips or a guide to installing JACK on Fedora? It isn't in the repositories and I'd like to install it to improve audio performance.

Also, if there is another, easier way to get bit perfect audio, I'd love to hear it
