seperate KDE applications from each other

My question about KDE packages
does you guys build it ?

if yes pleas could you separate the applications from each other ,i have tried Arch linux before FC13 release i found that feature ,for example
if i need the blogging client Blogilo i dont have to install the whole kdepim package
i only install [ kdepimlibs , kdepim-blogilo ]

http://www.archlinux.org/packages/?s...gged=&limit=50

This is a user's forum, so your request can't be honored here.
Why do you care of the entire kdepim is installed ? tt's only 38MB with the libraries.

Re: seperate KDE applications from each other

You could look at the "Communicate with Fedora" page on the "FedoraProject" drop-down list at the top right of this post. I think the usual way to request new/changed features is to file a bug report - here's a link to the page Bugs and feature requests. But be aware, the Packagers may well have already had a lot of discussions on how to bundle applications within packages and may consider the issue already closed.

Also, from the link to the Arch repository you provided, it looks like it has 8347 for all machine architects. Fedora 13 already has 16814 packages just for i686 - perhaps the issue is simply the resources available to maintain packages...
