First some info.
System:
Fedora 13 x86_64 on Dell Latitude D620
Extra repositories:
rpmfusion
atrpm
Application:
ogmrip-0.13.5-1.fc13.x86_64
DVD:
scsi 1:0:0:0: CD-ROM TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-L632D DE04 PQ: 0 ANSI: 5
Misc:
libdvdcss is installed. The DVD plays fine in totem. I see /dev/sr0 and /dev/cdrom, /dev/dvd both point to /dev/sr0
Problem:
When attempting to run ogmrip, I can see the drive, but it never recognizes the DVD in the drive. I tried with default gnome detection, unmounting the dvd, manually mounting the dvd. If I dd if=/dev/sr0 of=some.iso and load the iso, ogmrip has no problems ripping the iso. How can I set my system up so I don't have to dd each of my DVDs prior to ripping with ogmrip?
PS: I just found out that thoggen does the EXACT same thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need more info.
