can't install handbrake rpm

Hello
read about handbrake the other day and thought I'd give it a try, so downloaded the fedora 12 rpm from here http://handbrake.fr/downloads.php and tried to install with package installer but get the warning message

The name org.freedesktop.PackageKit was not provided by any .service files

If there's no fix can I just cp the two files (bin [executable] and share) to /usr ?

like I would any rpm, download to my home directory, right click on the rpm and choose open with "package installer"
now that I think of it this is probably the first time I've ever tried this with fedora, I take it this doesn't work with fedora ? I'll try yum localinstall, unless anyone knows a better way

yum --nogpgcheck install /path/to/package.rpm

ok got it installed, it is not signed

Package HandBrake-0.9.4-Fedora_GUI_i686.rpm is not signed

so maybe that was the problem, I used

# yum --nogpgcheck localinstall /home/b/src/HandBrake-0.9.4-Fedora_GUI_i686.rpm

Edit: ha ha you boys are quick, sometimes asking the question out loud makes you try and figure it out for yourself, thanks though
