preupgrade question

I currently have f11 servers. I want to preupgrade to f13 when it's final.

All now have ext4 filesystems except for boot.

Is there any trick to preupgrade (is boot still ext3 or can it be converted to ext4)?

I remember with F11 there was an option with preupgrade to trigger the filesystem to update to ext4.

I only found out later, so I did fresh f11 installs with ext4.

So I just want to be sure this time.

Tricks? Make a backup first.

I believe I just stepped through this to go from 11-12.

I thought with preupgrade you can go to current no matter what your version is f10 onwards.

You have to be aware of that with F13, it is recommended to have /boot to be of size 500MB. I don't think that you can convert /boot to ext4 using preupgrade.
