Easy to fix - elfutils-libelf v elfutils-libelf-devel inconsistent

Packages in the repositories need to be made consistent:

elfutils-libelf-0.147.1.fc13.x86_64 (838 k) - @updates-testing

elfutils-libelf-devel-0.146.1.fc13.x86_64 (29 k) - fedora

won't work together.

I was trying to build gcc 4.5 from source when I ran into this. Thank you.

There's no problem with the repo, you're just hitting the problem where you have a package from updates-testing but that repo's been disabled by the fedora-release update.

Either enable updates-testing again, or downgrade elfutils-libelf to the version in the enabled repos.
