A prediction.

I predict we will see a lot of posts in the next few days regarding yum and packagekit errors. These errors will look a lot like this:
Code:
[glenn@leonardo ~]$ su -c 'yum check-update'
Password:
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, presto, refresh-packagekit
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
fedora/metalink | 1.7 kB 00:00
updates/metalink | 9.3 kB 00:00

The check-update command was run just seconds ago, on 2 different Fedora 13 boxes. Typically, I'd be slightly annoyed with "another yum error", and move on to something else for the time being, but given the impending release of Fedora 13 a few days from now I'd say that we should fully expect these errors as the repositories are probably being prepared for the release date. None the less, the "cards and letters" should start arriving any time now.

Re: A prediction.

Probably ought to watch me and not those repo boys so much. I often tend to post without thinking.
