Boot halts displaying 'GRUB' on RAID0 system.

I'm a Linux newbie and Fedora Core 2 is my 1st install.

The install ran without incident. However the system will not boot - and the last message on the screen is 'GRUB'.

The PC was completely new and the disks unformatted. The only thing unusual is that the 2 disks are configured as RAID0 (striping).

I have no idea what to do next - suggestions?
TIA.
