Re: experience with kernel kernel-2.6.33.3-84.fc13

I'm running kernel-2.6.33.3-83.fc13.x86_64 and will probably try -84 today. The chgange log for -84 is very small. I haven't encountered a problem with any of the recent kernels on F13. Your mileage may vary on F11 though.

Actually, I'll wait for -85 to build and give it a try. It's got an intel bug fix in it that could affect my laptop.

kernel-debuginfo-2.6.33.3-84.fc11.i686.rpm        kernel-PAEdebug-2.6.33.3-84.fc11.i686.rpm
i also figured out how to build broadcom and kmod-wl packages for kernels.

will be continued

Re: experience with kernel kernel-2.6.33.3-84.fc13

Code:
$ uname -a
Linux PhenomII.sirdilznix.org 2.6.33.3-85.fc13.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu May 6 18:09:49 UTC 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Fedora 13 has been pretty stable for quite a while here and it's been completely rock solid for me ever since the first 2.6.33.3 kernel. It's looking really good heading into release. I generally don't mess with custom/non-standard kernels unless I'm running a source based distro like Gentoo (the potential package management/dependency issues aren't worth it IMHO) so good luck I hope it works out for you.
