Exclamation Time is set two hours too late in Fedora 13 Beta

After selecting the proper time zone in Fedora 13 Beta, I noticed that the time was two hours too late.
The time is displayed correctly (with proper time zone) in openSuse and Faildows.
There's obviously a bug in the time setting in Fedora 13 Beta, so the time is set two hours late (if it was just one hour, you could say it was perhaps because of daylight saving time, but not with two hours).

Two hours sounds like it could be a GMT offset. I would check the Date/Time applet and see if you have checked for the for the system clock to use UTC. If so, then uncheck it and reset the clock.

There's no such option under systemsettings > Date&Time
On the "Date and Time" tab, there's an option to set the time using a time server, below that is a calendar, and on the right is an analog clock.
On the "Time Zone" tab you can select a city to set your current time zone.

Neither tab has an option for Utc time.

System-->Administration-->Date & Time-->Time Zone -- bottom of window, System clock used UTC. It's there on my F13 beta.
