ATI HDMI & strange colors

I've been using my main LCD on DVI port & 2nd LCD on VGA port. I decided to
buy HDMI cable and replace DVI with HDMI (I have HDMI, DVI & VGA ports on D/A).

Everything works fine and looks cool in windows when using HDMI. When I boot
to F12, all blue colors turns a bit greenish, some stuff is purple and when watching the
screen longer than 1 minute I'm getting a terrible head ache. This is only when running X,
console in text mode is fine. Desktop on other LCD (Connected to VGA port) is just normal.

If I replace HDMI cable with DVI & restart X colors are normal.

I have ATI HD4870 display adapter. If I have to change some color scheme etc
for HDMI how I can do that since F12 configuration tool gives not too much options
to do that?

EDIT: Here's some photos how it looks HDMI & DVI
