City of Heroes

I'm a big fan of CoH (or the unfortunate acronym for City of Heroes and Villains is CoX) - I play on the EU servers, mainly Defiant.

I have experimented in Ubuntu with it using Wine but it's a bit clunky. It'd be great to run it in Fedora however. I haven't really ever gotten to grips with Wine either... I'm lucky that I've got 3 PCs, all relatively new and so I'm able to run a variety of systems.

If I wanted to run it - how would you suggest I do and what do I need to look out for? (and any CoH/V players feel free to say hello.)

Re: City of Heroes

The best thing about it, by far, is the depth of character customisation... I love this game, one of the best I've ever played. Hardly ever gets boring and even if you do get tired of it, give it a month or two and you'll want to get back playing it.. Everyone looks different and the choice of costume is amazing.
