Annoying libnotify behaviour

I'm running rawhide, with a libnotify version of 0.4.5-4.fc13

Has anyone noticed some strange behaviour, whereby sometimes libnotify notifications (something like every other notification) refuse to disappear unless you switch to another virtual desktop and switch back, at which point they are pushed to the bottom of the application pile and eventually go away.

Also sometimes they grab the mouse for a few seconds (esp. during opengl games).

Anyway, my point is, might this problem be unique to whatever combination of dodgily-compiled things I have on my system?
