Change encryption password

When I installed my operating system a week ago, I set it up for encryption. I used a weak password at that time, and I have just found out that doing that basically nullifies the attempt to encrypt the drive(s). So, now I would like to change the password. If there is anybody out there who could help with this, that would be great!

Thanks,
