Java 7 will not be added to Fedora 13.
I’d like to see Java 7 included in Fedora whenever it’s finished. But right now, Sun (err. Oracle) doesn’t even have a JSR for Java 7. In fact, it lacks JSRs for major features, such as Project Lambda. I suspect it won’t even be added in Fedora 14. If you’re interested, you can push for that on fedoraproject.org

I think that going from jdk6->jdk7 inside a given Fedora version is too radical even for Fedora.
Yep. New major versions of new software are only introduced per release, never between releases.
If you need to use JDK 7 now, you can download it from https://jdk7.dev.java.net/
. But it is currently very unstable.
