Luckily, the only box I installed it on has integrated video (6150LE) with no fan, so there shouldn't be a problem.
But FWIW, I think that it already HAS been pulled from RPM Fusion's mirrors.
But, hey - according to this poll

That's incorrect... it's still in fc12's rpmfusion-nonfree-updates repo.
190.53-1.fc12.i686 and 190.42-1.fc12.4.i586/i686 are there, too, though.
I did not see it in fc11's at all (that's why I thought it had been pulled), where the latest (30 DEC 2009) appears to be 190.53-1 and regression 190.42-1.
