In the last year or two all the machine addresses in my samba logs no longer resolve to the machine name and the addresses have been prefixed with ::ffff: which as I'm testing my transition to F12 from F10 is causing address resolution problems..
How do I incorporate the Ipv6 addresses so the samba resolves the addresses to the machine name or how do I effectively disable Ipv6 on my internal network?
