USB Stick and Safely Remove Drive Question

In Fedora 12, when I clicked Safely Remove Drive on a USB stick in Nautilus, the internal power LED on the stick shut off. In Fedora 13, the LED stays lit for Unmount, Eject, and Safely Remove Drive. Does anybody know if this is the expected behaviour, or should I file a Bugzilla report on Nautilus?
