How do you configure a v.92 dialup modem in Omega 12?

How do you configure v.92 serial/usb external dialup modems in Omega 12? All I see are options for configuring wireless modems and other hardware, but nothing dealing with usb/serial modems, but Omega 12 is seeing the usb-to-serial port cable I'm using with my laptop........
