If you add a couple of gigs in RAM at least that would be a nice beast (I really envy the chance of being able to assemble a machine soon: damn laptops!). I assume you'll eventually add an optical drive and perhaps a card reader. Just make sure those Nvidia graphics aren't the same model of those which melted themselves.
