How do I do a fresh installation of ECLIPSE Fedora 12

Hi,
I recently installed ECLIPSE and added some plug-ins, some of them causing conflicts.
I have uninstalled some of them but there were error on Eclipse starting, so I uninstalled everything and removed all the eclipse directories.
I have re-installed Eclipse but now there is an error and It stops loading, here is part of the error log:

If you installed via the update manager plugins are placed in ~/.eclipse.
Please do rm -fr ~/.eclipse and see if it works after that

Thanks,
I have executed the command and started ECLIPSE, I really don't know what it's doing now (Eclipse) as it is still loading and taking about 80% of processor, 198MB RAM and growing (status=Sleeping); and I see some hard disk activity.
there is also a "channel waiting" ("Canal en espera", in spanish) ="futex_wait_queue_me"

You can remove Eclipse and reinstall it via running these two from the root account:

Quote:
yum groupremove "Fedora Eclipse"

yum groupinstall "Fedora Eclipse"
Eclipse is large enough that it has its own yum group.
to see what's in it try in a terminal
Quote:
yum groupinfo "Fedora Eclipse"
Like akurtakov says, there are some packages like Eclipse which install things outside of the package(s)
like plugins (another one I can think of is netbeans). So you'd want to do the groupremove and maybe
flush those out with rm -fr ~username/.eclipse in the account(s) where plugins were installed.

I have done both, with the "flush" between:
yum groupremove "Fedora Eclipse"
rm -fr ~/.eclipse
yum groupinstall "Fedora Eclipse"

But still the same problem.
