Exclamation Winbook W320 laptop Sound not working, and new to linux

Completely no sound, tried to get Realtek linux sound drver, nothing happened, Confused, very stressed out. Please help. Anyone wanna help me with the basics of linux, or contact me other than this thread Hit me up silece99 on aim.
