Cheese Webcam Booth records video really slow.

Cheese Webcam Booth records video really slow. It records like anywhere from 1 frame every 2 seconds to 4 frames per minute. I went to http://live.gnome.org/Cheese/FAQ and found this:

I'm getting a really slow response with the video, the video is sluggish and everything looks quite slow, like as the video lags, what could i do?

You may have set "ximagesink" (X Window System (No Xv)) as video-output. This means, that your cpu is doing all the work. Change it to "xvimagesink" (X Window System (X11/XShm/Xv)) in order to let your graphics card do the work.
It didn't help. I've tried using 3 different webcams on 2 different computers (both running Fedora 12). One was a desktop and the other a laptop.
My goal is to get it working on my laptop (I don't really care about the desktop I was just using it for testing).
Here is the lspci output for my laptop:

I am not an lspci expert so I don't know what a lot of this means so just encase it wasn't in there:
I have an AMD 2.1 dual core Truion X2.

Please someone help me get Cheese working. I really want to be able to record videos with my webcam.
