Live CD boot locking up

I currently have F12 on my laptop and it works flawlessly. I wanted to put it on my desktop (where I currently have F10) but had a few snags with F10. Thought I'd give the live cd a try to see how she worked.....problem is she locks up on boot.

I get:

[drm] mouveau 0000:02:00.0: GPU lockup - switching to software fbcon
Boot has failed, sleeping forever

Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I stuck with F10?

Thanks

Did you try these solutions from the Installation Guide?

http://docs.fedoraproject.org/instal...2.html#d0e7300

Some information about your hardware would be nice.
