Lost boot on F12 upgrade

Whilst running the upgrade from F11 to F12 the process ended right at the end for some reason. I'm left with a /boot file which looks OK with the config &vmlinuz files etc although no lost and found but /boot/grub has only the splash screen file & nought else.

Will removing the grub.rpm and reinstalling fix this or is there or is there another way.
