evolution prob. in the install

Installed Fedora12 smoothly. Once installed I deleted tomboy and evolution from panel. Went to update and hit a problem. Worked around problem with the --skip-broken option. Updated everything fine other than the problem. When done ran yum update again - here is the printout:
Code:
thebench@localhost ~]$ sudo yum update
[sudo] password for thebench:
Loaded plugins: presto, refresh-packagekit

evolution-2.28.0-2.fc12.i686 from installed has depsolving problems
--> Missing Dependency: libexchange-storage-1.2.so.3 is needed by package evolution-2.28.0-2.fc12.i686 (installed)
Error: Missing Dependency: libexchange-storage-1.2.so.3 is needed by package evolution-2.28.0-2.fc12.i686 (installed)
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

It's trying to pull in evolution data server for F13 -- what repo's do you have enabled? How did you install F12, from an RC ? If there's a rawhide repo enabled, disable it and/or reboot for previous updates (including updates to repo config) to take affect and then try again?

I know I un-installed brasero via 'yum remove' and it still pulled in a brasero update after I installed the beta livecd. Lastly, I think the evolution data-server may be used by other app's besides evolution email. In fact I just tested that theory in yumex, selected the data server for removal, and it was going to pull out a bunch of other stuff for dependencies.

Ahh - thanks - to many hours in I guess!

Edit: Tried to reinstall it picking the install repo instead of rawhide - it would not go for it. No big thing, tomorrow it goes mainstream as I'll try and readdress it in a few days when the excitement chills a little.

Troy - that was my first inkling that something had gone awry with the repos....

Think you may be in a similar situation as per http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showth...hlight=rawhide ?
